L.O. Lynch Quality Wells and Pumps, Inc. operates some of the most advanced drilling equipment in the industry. Our fully stocked service trucks allow most pump repairs to be completed on the first visit, reducing downtime and inconvenience.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are continually trained on the latest technologies and best practices in the field.

Meet the owners

Emil Worm was born and raised in South Dakota, where he began working in his father’s well drilling business at the age of 15. In 1982, Emil relocated to California and spent several years gaining additional experience with a competing pump company.
In 1985, Emil joined L.O. Lynch, and in 1994, he and Ken Swarthout purchased the company together. Emil’s entire professional career has been dedicated to well drilling and pump installation, bringing decades of hands-on expertise and industry knowledge to every project.

Kenneth S. Swarthout was born and raised in the Hemet area. He began working with the original owners of L.O. Lynch in 1978, drilling residential and commercial wells throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties.
In 1994, Ken formed a partnership with Emil Worm and purchased L.O. Lynch Wells. Together, they developed the company into the full-service water well drilling and pump installation company it is today, serving a wide range of residential, municipal, and commercial clients.
