Quality Wells and Pumps, Inc. has the most modern drilling
equipment in the industry today. All service trucks are stocked
with the parts to repair a pump usually on the first call. All of
L.O. Lynch's employees are experienced and trained on the newest

 Emil
Worm was born and raised in South Dakota. He began working
for his father's well drilling business at the age of 15. In 1982,
Emil moved to California and worked a few years for a competitor's
pump company. Then in 1985, Emil joined L.O. Lynch and in 1994, along
with Ken Swarthout, he purchased the company. Emil's entire work experience
is in drilling and pump installation. |
 Kenneth
S. Swarthout was born and raised in the Hemet area. He started
working with the original owners of L.O. Lynch in 1978, drilling residential
and comercial wells in the Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego
Counties. In 1994, Ken formed a partnership with Emil Worm and purchased
L. O. Lynch Wells. Together they developed the company into the full
service water well drilling and pump installation company it is today. |
